As a senior product manager at MasterControl, Mucahit Agirtmis spearheads the efforts to bring leading manufacturing solutions to companies in the life sciences industry. With an extensive background in biomanufacturing and developing manufacturing solutions, he has successfully launched two manufacturing software products. Prior to MasterControl, Agirtmis has held various product management, sales, and consulting roles. Agirtmis has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from North Carolina State University.

Caitlin Minton-Smith has over 15 years of experience in the life sciences industry and extensive expertise in online, print, and visual media communication. In her current role as senior product marketing manager, she is responsible for creating go-to-market strategies, developing product positioning, crafting messaging, and executing strategic marketing campaigns and has been directly involved in the launch of several MasterControl products. Minton-Smith brings comprehensive product, market, and customer knowledge to deliver innovative solutions to deeply rooted problems and strives to empower cross-functional teams to maximize success.

Jim is a dedicated pharmacist with a focus on product development and process improvement. As a pivotal figure at Pine Pharmaceuticals, he spearheaded the onboarding of the MasterControl Electronic Batch Records MX system. With a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail, Jim ensures that Pine Pharmaceuticals remains at the forefront of pharmaceutical manufacturing, delivering high-quality products to customers worldwide.

Robert Mansell has been in the Pharmaceutical Industry since 2011, beginning at Fresenius Kabi where he quickly ascended from Aseptic Preparations to Manufacturing Quality Assurance. His leadership there paved the way to his current role at Pine Pharmaceuticals. At Pine, Robert established and developed a Document Control Department, implementing key procedures to ensure compliance. Recently, he became the first System Administrator for MasterControl software at Pine, where for nearly two years, he has mastered the software, maintained its validation, and trained end-users. Currently, he is focused on integrating the new AQEM and Logbooks modules and transitioning to the ADAPT platform by MasterControl
