AI Terms and Conditions
The Company offers customers generative artificial intelligence features and capabilities (“GenAI”). Some GenAI tools use non-proprietary information for their models (“shared models”) and some GenAI tools are customized for particular customers (“custom models”) Our use of GenAI to improve our services and capabilities is based in the following principles:
Choice. Use of GenAI tools is optional and must be specifically enabled by a Customer. The Company will never use customer Data without customer consent.
Privacy. Customer data will only be used to train shared models if a customer opts in to using a shared model. Customer Data and outputs are never shared across customers.
Safety. The Company evaluates all GenAI tools for safety. GenAI inputs and outputs may be used for purposes of monitoring for, and helping prevent, abusive or harmful uses or outputs.
By enabling or using GenAI for and with your Services, you agree to the following:
Acceptable Use. Customer will use GenAI as permitted and described in the Documentation and Acceptable Use Policy.
No Guarantees of Accuracy. The nature of GenAI is that outputs may include incorrect information. Customers should evaluate the accuracy of any output as appropriate for your use case, including by using human review of the output.
No Reverse Engineering. Customers must not scrape, extract or attempt to discover or reverse engineer any underlying components of the GenAI models, algorithms, and systems. Customers may not use the Company’s GenAI tools, systems, or models to train, develop, or improve models not provided by the Company.
Feedback. Customer feedback and related information may be used to improve the tool, consistent with the Company's GenAI principles.
Data Processing. Customer consents to applicable data processing and storage in the United States and Europe.
Security. If customer discovers any vulnerabilities or breaches related to the GenAI tool, customer must promptly notify Company and provide details of the vulnerability or breach via the feedback mechanisms provided.
