Jon Beckstrand joined MasterControl as CEO in 2002. At the time of his appointment, the software company had only 40 employees. Today, under Mr. Beckstrand’s leadership, MasterControl is approaching 500 employees. Having doubled its services in Australia and tripling them in Europe, the company has seen nearly 40 percent growth since 2018.
