HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES:
If you are a current customer, with an EEA data processing addendum in place ("DPA") with MasterControl, you may subscribe to receive email notification of changes to this Sub-processor List by submitting (1) the email address for such notifications and (2) the full name of the legal entity on whose behalf you are subscribing.
MasterControl will process your personal information in a manner consistent with our Privacy Notice.
HOW CAN CURRENT MASTERCONTROL CUSTOMERS OBJECT TO A NEW SUB-PROCESSOR?
As permitted by your DPA with MasterControl, you may notify us of an objection to our use of a new Third-Party Sub-processor used to process your Customer Data by sending such objection to [email protected] within ten (10) days after MasterControl's notice of such new Third-Party Sub-processor, or such other period of time as set forth in your DPA. Objections shall be handled as described in your DPA.
