- Will there be a Virtual Masters Conference?
We’re focusing on delivering the best in-person event possible. Thus, there are no plans to offer a Virtual Conference this year.

- Can I earn industry association recertification credits at Masters Conference?
Masters Conference sessions may qualify for credits towards several important industry association recertifications. See your association website for details.
- What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests must be received no later than 13 April 2025 for a full refund of Conference fees. No refunds or credits will be given after that time. If the registered person can't make it, substitutions are permitted and encouraged. Please email substitution requests to events@mastercontrol.com. No-shows are nonrefundable.
