Rating Definitions for Part 3

Using the following definitions, please select the level that best describes how the following manufacturing processes are done at your company.

• Manual, Paper-Based Process: We use manual and paper-based processes for manufacturing and production.

• Semi-Manual, Hybrid (e.g. Excel and Paper): We use general-purpose or homegrown software to digitise our processes.

• Mostly Digital but Siloed Systems & Data: We use software solutions specifically designed for manufacturing, but the systems and data are siloed.

• Fully Digital, Robust Integrations, Unified Data: We use cloud-based manufacturing software that integrates all elements of planning and production and is connected with other software solutions.

• Fully Digital with AI-Driven Autonomous Operations: We use a cloud-based, connected MES and apply AI applications for intelligent decision-making around predictive and proactive production optimisation, without the intervention of humans.
